Goal: Renovation and refinishing of 13,000 sf law firm to modernize existing space and increase work area while maintaining seamless operation of the firm during the construction process.

Means: Develop a flexible schedule, working in construction phases that allowed the firm to maintain a stable face to their clientele as their space was transformed around them.
Challenge: The space was located on the 12th floor of the Bank of America building in the heart of downtown Raleigh. Fulfilling recycling and reuse goals and construction work processes behind the scenes so as not to disturb the professional atmosphere of the legal environment was a significant challenge.
Solution: Required after hours work with constant communication between the tenant and building owner representative to provide a high impact space that gradually appeared without a hint of disruption of business.

“I cannot imagine another contractor managing this complicated project as smoothly as Accent Construction. Our tenant was delighted not only with the superb outcome but also with the consideration to accommodate their business needs.”
