Southern Village Pediatric Dentistry

Goal: To provide a pediatric dentist with a unique, high quality image space, as a long term investment in an upscale mixed use development.

Means: Accent Construction employed extensive pre-construction skills and close coordination with the building owner during construction to achieve the intended quality result.

Challenge: Since this space was the first office created for the dental practice the client was anxious to keep costs low while maintaining a high degree of quality as the space was the primary means of making an image statement.

Solution: By concentrating on retaining the most notable architectural details and finishes while removing or substituting those that increased the cost without providing the commensurate value, costs were significantly reduced.

Result: Accent Construction helped Southern Village Pediatric Dentistry create an imaginative space that is comfortable for children as well as their parents – a space that the dental equipment vendor wants to showcase in their national advertising campaigns as ‘the best designed and constructed practice they have seen in recent years’.
