Goal: To provide a well established financial institution with 15,000 sq of high impact renovated office space that reflected Alliance Architecture’s creative vision while staying fully operational.

Means: Accent Construction phased the work and performed critical but disruptive tasks during non-working hours to insure maximum productivity for the individual tenants.

Challenge: Instead of a single point of contact, the business consisted of many independent financial professionals each with their own needs and requirements.

Solution: Accent provided tenant oriented supervision that integrated the needs and requirements of the numerous independent occupants, the architectural team, and the many quality oriented subcontractors. A high degree of flexibility and detailed, regular communication were essential.

Result: The many independent financial professionals continued to function with minimal interference and now have a unique signature space that sets them apart in their industry.
