Interactive Holdings, LLC

Goal: Remodel a 17,000 sf space in RTP owned by Interactive Holdings and shared by their company and two partner organizations, Presentation Strategies Inc. and Pharmaceutical Strategic Initiatives.  All three organizations needed their own distinct space as well as shared communal space reflecting the innovation that is the hallmark of these three companies.

Means: Incorporate imaginative architectural features like curved walls, customized work surfaces and extensive use of glass to increase day-lighting and promote team interaction.

Challenge: Meet a six week fast-track schedule without relinquishing the eye-catching finishes and memorable architectural features.

Solution: Accent Construction drove the schedule by facilitating tireless communication between the tenant, Phillips Architecture and Anthony & Co. to resolve issues in the pre-construction phase before they became problems during construction.

Result: A show-place that echoes the energy of three unique companies, each with separate identities working in a cohesive and dynamic space.
